PLUS Series High-speed High-precision Tube Laser Cutter
This is a new product after technical upgrades based on global users’ actual use feedback. It can cut small tubes at fast speed and high precision. With unique function, PLUS series cut tubes with ultra-short or even 0 tailing and take into account of ±45° bevel cutting (optional) to get ready for follow-on welding. Now, we have multiple different models for selection.

Optional Benefits
1. ±45° bevel cutting
The machine can cut tubes into ±45° bevel in one go. With less procedures, tube cutting efficiency will be further raised.
2. Servo-controlled unloading device
* Turning plates are adopted as unloading device. This split-type structure can support users’ diversified but automatic flow processing.
* Adjust tube center to be coaxial with chucks center, to prevent tube sagging’s effect on cutting precision caused by natural gravity.
3. Automatic slag cleaner
Remove slags from tube’s inner wall while cutting. Due to high degree of automation, it takes up no working time and reduces labor intensity.
